Francesco joined Toastmasters International in 2011 and progressed through club, district, and regional leadership. A two-time Distinguished Toastmaster, he chartered four clubs, founded an advanced club, served as the first District Director of District 109, Region 10 Advisor, and is currently International Director for Region 10. Professionally, he manages EU-funded projects and lives in Rome, Italy.
