The Toastmasters International District 91 Annual Conference 2024 including the District Council meeting and District finals will be hosted at Engineer’s House from 5pm Friday, 3rd May to Sunday, 5th of May. Full timings and the conference programme will be advertised on the conference website in due course. The main conference tickets will include refreshments, a light supper on Friday evening and lunch on Saturday and Sunday. Additional ticket options will be made available based on venue capacity.

The gala dinner will be hosted at the Hotel du Vin – Bristol Avon Gorge on Saturday, 4th of May from 7pm. This event will be in a private suite on Saturday evening at the Hotel du Vin – Bristol Avon Gorge from 7pm. A three-course meal, tea & coffee, water, juice and wine on tables plus entertainment included. Cash bar available.

Members competing in the District contest finals do not need to buy a ticket for their contest final. If they wish to only attend for their contest, Contest Chairs will be provided with information for registration for contestants by the end of April 2024. District Executive Committee members should refer to the District Finance Guide for any questions regarding attendance at the District conference. Additional tickets will be released based on venue capacity.

During the District Council meeting, priority access for the in-person meeting will be for District Council members. An alternative programme will be provided for those not attending the District Council meeting.
