Why I am so excited to attend my first conference!

That’s 100 years of Table Topics, Speeches and millions of people across the world learning new communication and leadership skills! District 91 is also turning 10 years old; District 91 represents the south of the UK, with 6 Divisions, 62 Areas, 169 clubs and 4000 members and those numbers are growing every day. It will be interactive and will teach us all about stepping outside of your comfort zone.b. A perfect subject to enable us to create our legacy at our special event.  Dr Graham Norris, DTM will lead us with a memorable speech entitled: Navigating Uncertainties, Strategies for a limited future. We will learn about breaking free from uncertainties and setting you off on a transformation journey. You will no doubt create a limitless you with inspiration from Dr Graham! In the afternoon, we will close out the conference with our Humorous Speech Contest and an interactive panel presentation from Alistair Marston focused on addressing bias in leadership to unite teams. Speaking of teams, the Sunday closing ceremony will include the introduction of the 2024/2025 District Leadership Team. Who will take our District into the next decade? An Indulgent Gala Dinner!
